As an Entry Level Sales Team Member, we’re looking for someone who can join us alongside our clients in expanding their active customer base within the sales industry. This includes the ability to oversee multiple sales projects and customer accounts in the area, as well as nurturing long-standing relationships with the consumers utilizing them. A balance of empathy, attention to detail, and knowledge of the products and services our clients provide is quintessential to a Sales Team Member being successful with us. Entry Level Sales Team Member Daily Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers directly to assist in sales transactions and account acquisition based on tailored needs for our client’s services
- Create meaningful relationships with customers with longstanding accounts, alongside new consumers, to ensure satisfaction as a first point of contact
- Work alongside upper management and other Sales Team Members to assist in overseeing other entry-level sales representatives
- Track sales and account acquisition trends weekly to improve quality assurance with clients and customers alike
- Attend networking events with other top Account Managers and exchange strategies and sales techniques
- Assist upper management with any back-end responsibilities required or delegated
Entry Level Sales Team Member Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service overall is recommended
- Reliable transportation to the office
- A positive mindset, eloquent communication skills, and a willingness to learn are ideal qualities for this position
- Must be comfortable working with other Sales Account Associates in a fast-paced environment with customers
- Proven ability to close sales, negotiate contracts with customers, and overturn objections in a professional manner

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
