Registered Dental Hygienist

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Compensation: Hourly pay plus bonus opportunities

Belpree Dental is looking for a dedicated, personable, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team!

Perform comprehensive oral examinations to assess patients' gum health, tooth structure, and signs of oral disease.

Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including routine cleanings, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and sealants.

Take dental X-rays to help identify cavities, gum disease, and other oral health concerns.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and nutrition.

Collaborate with dentists to develop personalized treatment plans and support comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate patient records and update dental charts.

Follow established infection control procedures and safety protocols.

Assist with patient outreach and scheduling efforts to help maintain a productive hygiene schedule.

Support the dental team and contribute to smooth daily office operations.

What We're Looking For

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

Nitrous oxide certification.

Strong communication and patient education skills.

A positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Willingness to follow established office protocols and assist coworkers as needed.

Experience with CEREC digital scanning for models, retainers, splints, and Perio Protect appliances.

Flexibility to assist with the dentist's schedule during downtime.

Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to patient care.
