What You'll Do:
- Build and manage a calendar of non-profit events, festivals, tournaments, and other community gatherings.
- Coordinate registrations, booth setup and teardown, event materials, and giveaways.
- Attend events as the face of Jim Rollo State Farm, greet visitors, and share our commitment to the community.
- Collect contact information from people who request a quote follow-up, then route it to the office team.
- Share event photos and brief recaps with the office.
- Build positive relationships with organizers and community partners.
- Outgoing, warm, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Reliable and organized, with strong follow-through on event details.
- Familiarity with the Greater Binghamton community is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to lift and move event materials weighing up to approximately 30 pounds.
- Availability for evenings and weekends during the spring-to-fall event season.
Salary : $18 - $22
