Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will support the company’s finance and operations teams by providing detailed financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting within the petroleum business. Working in a dynamic environment, the role will involve evaluating cost and revenue drivers across petroleum production, refining or distribution activities, ensuring financial accuracy, assisting in strategic planning, and enabling effective decision-making for the business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses and cash flow
Develop financial metrics and KPI’s using financial and operational data to identify key focus areas
Assist with budgeting
Perform variance and expense analysis
Partner with other departments to provide financial guidance and performance tracking
Prepare motor fuels tax returns and reconcile tax liability accounts
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's in finance, Accounting or related field
2-3 year’s relevant experience
Excellent Excel and data modelling skills
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Competitive salary $70,000 - $75,000
401K with 2% annual company contribution
