Please note: This position requires full time hours Mon-Fri.
As the Parts Sales Specialist, you'll:
- Greet customers and collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order and complete the sale
- Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested
- Process parts requests for internal and external customers
- Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduled
Must Have:
- Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance
- Attention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plus
- Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up
