We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Logistics & Purchasing Manager to lead our warehouse purchasing operations and support field teams across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical divisions. This role is critical to ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time—keeping our technicians productive and our projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing of inventory, including SKUs, parts, and equipment across all trades
- Partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure fast, accurate material fulfillment and strong logistics performance
- Collaborate with department leaders to negotiate pricing, terms, rebates, and vendor programs to maximize cost savings
- Oversee company fleet coordination and tool inventory management
- Support job staging, kitting, and material readiness to ensure smooth field execution
- Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and implement proactive solutions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability and competitive pricing
- Other duties as assigned by management

- Experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements

Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Weekends hours as needed and based on business needs)
