Essential Functions:
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and repair heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, control systems, and related accessories
- Perform accurate airflow diagnostics, refrigerant leak detection, and electrical troubleshooting
- Use flat rate pricing to provide repair estimates
- Communicate effectively with clients and deliver outstanding service in a variety of residential settings
- Any other duties as assigned
HVAC Service Technicians Qualifications/ Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- Excellent proficiency in air flow diagnostics, refrigerant leak detection, and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work with clients in all types of settings and deliver amazing customer service
- Understand the use of flat rate service pricing and repair estimating
- Strong customer service and communication skills
