James Page Insurance Agency, a family-owned independent agency established in 1878, is looking for a friendly, organized person to join our team. No insurance experience is required—we’ll train the right candidate.
What you’ll do
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist customers with routine policy and billing questions.
- Support our commercial insurance team with documents, correspondence, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records and help keep daily office operations running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and comfort using Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; customer service or office experience is a plus.
