The Opportunity
We’re hiring Territory Manager in our New Jersey Market to oversee and grow client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, loves building relationships, and enjoys seeing their work come to life on digital billboards that reach thousands of people every day.
You’ll work directly with local businesses to develop advertising strategies that drive real results. From prospecting to closing deals and maintaining long-term partnerships, you’ll be the face of James Outdoor in your territory.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and develop new advertising partnerships with local businesses and agencies.
- Meet with clients in person 2–4 days a week to discuss goals and present customized billboard solutions.
- Manage the full sales process — from prospecting and proposals to execution and renewals.
- Maintain consistent outreach through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Work independently while collaborating with our internal operations and creative teams.
- Represent James Outdoor with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of successful sales experience (advertising or media preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule.
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
Compensation & Perks
- Expected first-year earnings between $65,000–$85,000 , depending on experience and territory.
- $100,000 potential by your second year.
- Monthly car and fuel allowance.
