The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Territory Manager to take full ownership of a local market.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. You’ll be out in the field, building relationships, closing deals, and seeing your work live on billboard units viewed by thousands every day.
You’ll have the freedom to run your territory like your own business — backed by a team that handles operations, creative, and fulfillment so you can focus on selling.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
- Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising deals
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
- Renew and grow existing client relationships
- Own your territory and revenue performance
- What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of sales experience (media or advertising is a plus)
- Strong communicator who’s confident pitching and closing
- Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
- Organized and accountable with your pipeline
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time
Compensation & Perks
- OTE: $60,000–$120,000 (Year 1)
