Full-Time | Glenmont, NY
We're not looking for someone to sell insurance—we're looking for someone who naturally builds relationships. Insurance can be taught. Building trust, starting conversations, and genuinely connecting with people is much harder.
Who We Are
For more than 17 years, our agency has helped families protect what matters most. We work hard, celebrate often, and intentionally create a positive workplace. From Fun Day Fridays and team lunches to coffee runs, social media content, celebrations, and our office cats, we believe a great culture is built on purpose.

Who Thrives Here
Outgoing. Self-motivated. Coachable. Competitive. Relationship-focused. You naturally start conversations and build connections wherever you go. If you're looking to simply wait for business to come to you, this isn't the right fit.
Training & Licensing
Licensed candidates are encouraged to apply. If not licensed, we'll provide paid training and support to obtain required licenses within your first 90 days.
Compensation
Competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses.
Typical first-year earning opportunity: $45,000–$70,000.

Our Hiring Philosophy
