We’re currently looking for a motivated Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping Worker to join our growing team!
Position Overview:
We are hiring an Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping Worker with experience in performing a wide range of outdoor groundskeeping and landscaping tasks to maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing residential and commercial properties. This involves routine lawn care such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing, as well as seasonal landscaping duties including planting, mulching, pruning, debris removal, and hardscape support. Workers are expected to operate equipment safely ad efficiently while following company standards. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, collaborating with a crew, and maintaining a professional attitude while on client properties.
Responsibilities:
· Lawn Maintenance – Mow, Trim, Edging, Blow lawns
· Install mulch, topsoil, seed
· Remove weeds, debris & litter from jobsite
· Plant, prune and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and seasonal plantings
· Install and maintain landscape features such as decorative stone, drainage, and artificial turf
· Bed Maintenance
· Safely operate lawn care/landscaping equipment
· Follow instructions and complete work to quality standards
· Work well with team members
Requirements:
- Must have resume
- Previous experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate and maintain lawn care/landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality
Work Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
