Responsibilities
Develop new business by building relationships with prospective clients, generating leads through networking and outreach, educating customers on insurance products, preparing personalized quotes, and closing sales. Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and follow-up while consistently working toward individual and team sales goals.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be self-motivated, dependable, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. An insurance license is preferred but not requiredwe will assist qualified candidates in obtaining one.
Salary : $25,000 - $45,000
