$75,000.00 - $95,000.00

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience
- Two (2) to four (4) years of Accounting experience
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Construction industry experience is strongly preferred
- Decision making, research and analytical problem-solving skills
- Time management skills with the ability to organize, assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands
- Ability to work independently
- CMiC software experience a plus
- Able to quickly learn and understand new software and systems
- Independently updates existing account reconciliation and analysis templates (over / under billing, closeout reports, negative cash, prepaids, accruals)
- Efficiently produces work deliverables in CMiC
- Applies general knowledge of GAAP developed through education or experience to correctly record accruals, prepaids, over / under billing adjustments
- Reviews, validates, and analyzes CMiC reporting (PSRs / Invoices to be posted, expense reimbursements, GL account balances)
- Creates accurate schedules and submits to Management
- Applies general knowledge of excel to update recurring or ad hoc excel schedules
