The Opportunity: We are looking for dependable Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators ready to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment. We have openings across three entry-level roles — whether you're just getting started in a warehouse or bring forklift experience, we want to hear from you. These are direct-hire, full-time positions with benefits.
The Roles:
- Warehouse Associate: $17.49/hr; 1st shift Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (picking, sorting, pallet jack, no forklift required)
- Forklift Operator: $20.28/hr; 1st or 2nd shift (sit-down and/or stand-up forklift, full warehouse operations)
- Forklift Operator – Stand-Up: $20.28/hr; 1st or 2nd shift (stand-up forklift focus, full warehouse operations)
What You'll Do:
- Pick, sort, and prepare products accurately for customer orders
- Operate material handling equipment including electric pallet jacks and/or forklifts
- Palletize, wrap, and stage products for outbound shipment
- Perform quality checks on products and outbound orders
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of warehouse or general work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for up to 10 hours per shift
- Forklift experience required for Forklift Operator roles
- Basic math and reading skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
