FedEx Delivery Driver

We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing team as FedEx Delivery Drivers. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

No delivery experience? We provide paid training, uniforms, and a delivery vehicle so you can start with confidence.

Pay & Benefits

• $120 per day during paid training (6 days)
• $140 per day during the transitional period (6 weeks)
• $160 per day after successfully completing training and the transitional period
• Company-provided FedEx uniform
• Company-provided delivery vehicle
• Full-time and part-time weekend-only schedules available

What You'll Do

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
• Load and organize packages for daily delivery routes
• Inspect and maintain your delivery vehicle throughout the day
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Accurately track and manage packages and delivery documentation
• Handle and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. (hand trucks provided)

What to Expect

• 8:00 AM start time
• Typical routes average 120–170 stops per day
• Fast-paced, active work environment
• Independent work with support from an experienced team

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening and participate in random screenings while employed
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification (paid for by the company)
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
