What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at JAMES EDWARD & COMPANIES GROUP?
The Warehouse Manager's main priorities are to assist management with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse
- Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to update Regional Accounts on business, channel competition, opportunities, and promotions
- Assist in repackaging and introducing repackaged product back into circulation within RBNA's standards
- Assist in the disposal of damage/out-of-date product
- Assist with the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance.
- Secondary contact for warehouse access and security
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Prior warehouse experience, preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational and mathematical skills
- Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs over your head
- Must have valid Driver's license
- must be at least 21yrs of age
Physical Requirements:
- Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead.
- Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk frequently.
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
- Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Clear background and drug testing.
- Able to obtain or have a medical DOT certification
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
