Duties will include installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of the plumbing systems in our new-construction commercial and residential buildings. The Plumbing Foreman will work with and oversee our onsite crew to ensure quality craftsmanship, compliance, and timely completion of all phases of new construction plumbing.

What You’ll Need:
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 3 years in new construction plumbing
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Must have a clean driving record to drive company vehicles
- Must have basic hand tools
Technical Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Understanding of plumbing system layouts
- Installation of water supply lines, drainage pipes, and waste lines following building codes
- Installation of toilets, sinks, urinals, and faucets
- Proficiency in cutting, bending, and joining pipes with appropriate tools and techniques
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Compliance and Safety:
Follow local plumbing codes and site-specific safety protocols
- Inspect installations for quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with other trades on construction sites
- Ensure projects are completed on time
Hours: Monday through Friday,7:00am – 3:30pm
