What You’ll Do
As a key member of our front office team, you will:
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and positivity
- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized daily schedule
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial information
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Support smooth communication between doctors, clinical staff, and patients
- Handle insurance submissions, billing support, and documentation review
- Maintain electronic records using systems such as Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software
- Assist with front office operations to keep the practice running efficiently
- Help create a positive, caring, and stress-free experience for every patient
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Friendly, compassionate, and highly professional
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
- Confident communicating with patients in person and over the phone
- Experienced with dental scheduling, insurance verification, and billing
- Familiar with practice management software such as Open Dental, Dentrix, or Weave
- Knowledgeable about HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
- Previous dental front desk or dental receptionist experience preferred
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
