If you have current insurance licenses in Tennessee or Georgia you may be surprised to find this is the career for you.We provide flexible work schedules, a Farmers Insurance branded office, intensive training to sell with referral networks to sell to. The position provides a base salary plus a progressive commission schedule based on performance. Average annual compensation during training is $72,000 working full time.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Current Tennessee or Georgia Insurance License is required.
• Candidate must complete regular assessments and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
