What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coach - Cross Country Head Coach (Split Position) position at JAMES BLAIR MIDDLE?
The middle school head coach is responsible for the athletic team. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsiblity for the coaching duties.
- Attend staff meetings called by the principal or athletic director
- Serves as a postive influence to the student athletes
- Ensures the safety of the student athletes and reports injuries to appropriate staff
- All other duties as assigned
We already have one head coach, and are looking to hire a second coach. This would mean that the stipend would be split between the two coaches.
