Position Overview: The Entry-Level Salesperson will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales and insurance, with opportunities for training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance products based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Generate new business by prospecting and reaching out to potential clients through various channels (phone calls, emails, networking events).
- Conduct policy reviews and follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our agency management system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and State Farm policies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior sales experience or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (if not already licensed).

- Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses based on performance.
