The Team Leader will assist the Treatment Coordinator in a clinical management of residential program providing supervision to Residential Coaches responsible for the direct care of residents. This position requires one shift team leader supervisory duties every other week in addition to direct-care responsibilities in our Residential Program.
Position also requires supervision of staff, treatment planning, staffing reports, assistance in medical rounds and assistance in communication process with multi-disciplinary team members & outside agencies. Must possess strong leadership, problem solving, communication and team-building skills. Must be able to function independently with minimum supervision.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is Human Services field and two years of experience, preferred.
- or a combination of education and experience approved by the lead regulatory authority.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrates maturity, good judgement, and problem-solving skills
- General understanding and knowledge of regulatory requirements
