Essential Functions
- Imaging Computers: Follow documented procedures for imaging and configuring computers according to company standards. Ensure software installations, updates, and security protocols are implemented.
- Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate the shipping of computers to designated locations following established protocols. Track shipments and provide shipping information to relevant parties.
- End User Interaction: Collaborate with end users to understand specific requirements and preferences. Provide on-site support to end users for computer setup using well-documented procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of computer configurations, shipping details, and end user interactions. Document and report any issues or discrepancies during the imaging and setup process.
- Technical Support: Address end user queries and issues promptly and professionally. Utilize technical ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic technical ability and an eagerness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- May be required to travel to various work locations as needed.
- Technical certification or relevant coursework.
- IT Support experience.
