Position Overview
The Accounting Assistant provides administrative and accounting support to ensure accurate recordkeeping, document management, and efficient daily operations. This role assists with data entry, filing, accounts payable and receivable support, and other assigned administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry.
- Scan documents into the point-of-sale system and ensure proper electronic filing.
- Assist with daily transfers and errands as needed.
- Provide ongoing support to Human Resources, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Assist with special projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
