What You’ll Be Trusted To Lead:
- Standard cost calculation and reconciliation to the general ledger
- Charge Description Master (CDM) oversight and pricing methodology
- CPT coding integrity across hospital and physician departments
- Revenue integrity monitoring and financial data accuracy
- Clear financial communication with operational and executive partners
What We’re Looking For (Must Haves):
- 7 years of accounting experience in healthcare
- 5 years in cost accounting, revenue integrity, or healthcare finance leadership
- Hands‐on experience reconciling standard costs to the GL
- Direct ownership of CDM, pricing, and CPT coding
- Epic experience required
- Active CPA (Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy)
- Comfortable in safety‐sensitive environments
