QUALIFICATION:
Passion for the Jamba brand and enthusiasm for learning more about Jamba products and nutrition.
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
- Previous restaurant/foodservice experience a plus.
- Computer literate.
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F (walk-in cooler & freezer).
- Must be eligible to work in The United States.
- Must agree to a background check.
- Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities
Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and quality products. A Team Member functions primarily as the main connection between Jamba and the customer.
• Execute exceptional customer service standards through the utilization of Jamba On Stage
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Recommend appropriate product to meet customer’s needs.
- Enhance customer experience through engagement and sampling.
• Execute quality store operations
- Clean blenders, small wares, merchandise and physical plant as necessary
- Must be able to operate food preparation machinery - Stocking of all supplies.
• Master station operations of the store and provide a healthy consistent product.
- Consistently make and serve all Jamba products to specifications - Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all
products
- Executes proper portion control with all ingredients.
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to Jamba Juice cash handling policies.
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment.
