We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Lieutenant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in security supervision, law enforcement, or military service, along with a passion for maintaining a safe and respectful environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of Security Sergeants and Officers across the hospital campus.
- Conduct rounds of assigned security posts; observe and address any potential safety risks.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate incident responses in collaboration with hospital administration and external law enforcement as needed.
- Investigate thefts, policy violations, and other incidents; prepare detailed and timely reports.
- Serve as a liaison between hospital departments, staff, and visitors.
- Enforce hospital regulations regarding access control, loitering, and general conduct on premises.
- Maintain positive working relationships with supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
