Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You Will Do
- We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. You’ll play a key role in finding exceptional talent across various functions – supporting hiring managers with timely, high-quality hires, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
- Sourcing candidates.
- Screening candidates.
- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Coordinating the interview process.
- Facilitating offers and employment negotiations.
- Filing paperwork.
- Onboarding new employees to fully integrate them.
- Ensuring positive experience for candidates.
- Following best recruiting practices.
- Providing administrative support for HR and other divisions.
- Acting as reception back-up when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Independent, dynamic worker.
- Bilingual (English & French).
