The Director of Sales is responsible for leading a high-performing sales organization focused on expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and strengthening key partner relationships within the ProAV and broadcast technology ecosystem. This individual will oversee all regional sales strategies and execution, ensuring that sales goals, margin targets, and customer engagement standards are consistently met. The Director of Sales will coach, develop, and lead the account management team while collaborating closely with vendors, marketing, operations, and finance to deliver tailored solutions through our partner channel.

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading a high-performing sales organization focused on expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and strengthening key partner relationships within the ProAV and broadcast technology ecosystem. What You Will Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers and Inside Sales to achieve revenue and profitability objectives
- Execute strategic business plans aligned with executive priorities and evolving market demands
- Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, resellers, and integrators, ensuring partnership alignment and channel success
- Drive pipeline growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening value in existing accounts
- Provide accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and accountability measure.
- Partner with vendor management, product teams, and marketing to maximize program participation and joint GTM strategies
- Oversee negotiation and closure of complex, high-value deals
- Ensure CRM discipline, sales process rigor, and actionable territory plans
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to guide decision-making and adapt strategy
- Champion customer experience, mitigating churn and ensuring long-term retention
- Support ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and business acumen
- Light travel required to meet with customers and partners
- Proven success leading B2B sales teams in technology distribution, ProAV, broadcast, or related industries
- Strong understanding of channel sales and indirect go-to-market models
- Demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and inspire a team while maintaining accountability
- Experience managing diverse territories and complex sales cycles
- Skilled in relationship management across both technical and executive stakeholder.
- Proficient with CRM tools and data-driven forecasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking
- Experience scaling or stabilizing teams during periods of change or growth
- Background working with exclusive or selective vendor portfolios
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
