Personal Injury Case Manager | Bilingual Spanish

Compensation: $29 to $37 per hour | Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Site
Jalilvand Law Corporation (JLC) is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic firm in Beverly Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish, be proficient with business software, and demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and personal accountability.
Responsibilities
- Investigate case facts thoroughly.
- Draft correspondence and legal documents.
- Obtaining evidence, documents, medical records and medical bills.
- Monitor and maintain client treatment portfolio.
- Assist clients with their property damage claims.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and attorneys to schedule interviews, meetings, and depositions.
- Organize and maintain documents in electronic filing systems.
- Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney review.
- Prepare, file, and serve legal documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of recent personal injury law experience.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-sufficient and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Proficiency with business software (MS Office, Adobe, Case Management, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive “can-do” attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Team player who can effectively delegate tasks to support staff.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
