Job Posting: Guest Services Agent
Location: Castillo Real St. Augustine Beach Resort
Position Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Main Shifts: Morning 7am-3pm & Evening 3pm-11pm When Needed: Overnight 11pm-7am
We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at Castillo Real Hotel, located on beautiful St. Augustine Beach. The ideal candidate will have experience in guest services and strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment. At Castillo Real, we take pride in upholding high standards, while fostering a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for our guests and team members alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Handle multiple tasks and assignments effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Maintain a high level of composure during busy periods
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guest services
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Availability to work 5 full 8-hour shifts per week, including a mix of morning and evening shifts.
