Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality specifications
- Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Use knife skills proficiently for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils throughout shif
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Culinary experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred or we are willing to train the right person
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is preferred or we are willing to train the right person
- Ability to work quickly under pressure
- Experience with kitchen operations is preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team
