Job Purpose:

To ensure courteous, disciplined, and professional security and protocol services for company officials, VIP guests, and visitors. The Protocol Guard maintains decorum, provides escort duties, and ensures the safety and smooth movement of personnel during visits, events, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, receive, and escort company officials, visitors, and VIP guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain proper dress code, grooming, and discipline in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure timely arrangements for official movements, meetings, and events as per protocol requirements.
• Coordinate with the Admin/Security team to manage access control and visitor logs.
• Assist in parking management and smooth traffic flow during high-profile visits or functions.
• Maintain a high level of alertness and awareness of surroundings to ensure the safety of visitors and management staff.
• Provide support in flag hosting, ceremonies, and other official events.
• Report any security or protocol violations immediately to the Security Supervisor or Admin Officer.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times while dealing with company officials and guests.
• Assist in maintaining decorum at main entrances, reception, and executive areas.

Qualifications and Experience:

• SSG Short Service and Armed forces Short Service Candidate will be preferred
• Minimum Matriculation / Intermediate
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar protocol or security role.
• Well-groomed appearance and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit, punctual, and disciplined.
• Knowledge of basic security procedures and visitor management protocols.

Pay: $40, $90,000.00 per month

Salary : $40,000 - $1,080,000
