Jakville Inc in Panama City Beach, FL is looking for one vacation rental property manager to join our team. We are located on 17633 Ashley Dr Building B. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Property Managers for Vacation Rentals
Due to insurance reasons not able to drive the company cars unless 25 or over.
We work every weekend and in return we give you 2 days off during the week.
Can rotate those during non season months.
Peak season: 8-5 with 1 hour lunch
Winter months: 8-4:30pm 1/2 hour lunch
Blue Swell Vacation Rentals are looking for full-time Experienced Vacation Rental Property Managers.
Experience is a plus but will consider training the right person who has had other years of service in a similar manager position and may have experience in another field. Must have a great personality and can sell yourself as a great leader and team member. Someone who always does the right thing the first time.
Coordinating all aspects of a vacation rental property for the owners and management company.
Ensure the house is maintained as if it was your own, maintenance, cleanliness, items in working order at all time. Be a person that can be a self starter a micro manager.
We are looking for an energetic, smart team player who can multitask many duties and all aspects of being a property manager to managing many properties at a time. Keeping 40 different owners happy at a time can be challenging. Communication and Fantastic customer service is key.
Ability to speak with property owners, manage their homes, ensure the property is being taken care of consistently. Able to have a great line of communication with owners and guests.
Must be computer literate and able to work several computer programs. Escapia, EZCare, Word, Excell, etc.
Pay is determined on your experience. Self pay for Florida Blue, Dental Vision 401k.

Responsibilities:
You will be reporting directly to the General Manager
You will be required to perform a varied amount of duties, such as a runner from property to property, property Inspector at times, administrative duties, working on a MAC computer, Any additional tasks as assigned by management. Building a great relationship with each owner and meeting and exceeding their expectations.
