Inside Sales Support

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Support Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
• Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and promote our technology and business solutions
• Support the sales team by qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
• Assist with B2B sales negotiations, ensuring client needs are met while achieving company objectives
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
• Support technical sales efforts by understanding product features and benefits, facilitating effective communication with clients

Skills

• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles with a focus on technology or technical products
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns including warm calling and lead qualification
• Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales development and customer engagement
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
• Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction
• Familiarity with business development processes and sales techniques in a competitive market
