ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my legacy agency in 2021 and expanded with a second office in 2023. Today, we’re proud to have a team of 20 team members who work together with a shared mission and a strong commitment to serving our customers and community at a high level.
I’ve been with State Farm for 19 years and previously served as an agency manager and sales leader. Before State Farm, I worked as a stock broker, which helped shape my competitive mindset and focus on performance. I attended Austin College, played both baseball and football, and was honored to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. I’m also a lifelong Texoma resident, and State Farm runs in the family — my mom was an agent for 35 years.
Giving back is a major part of who we are. Across both offices, we participate in 50 community events every year, and we take pride in showing up consistently and making an impact. Our office motto is simple but powerful: know, care, educate, and serve — each other and our community. We believe in always serving, always improving, and always striving to be the best.
For our team, we offer life insurance, PTO, 401k, health benefits, work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. Our culture is competitive, high-energy, and growth-driven, and we’re looking for team members who bring strong character, a great attitude, and a relentless work ethic. If you’re someone who cares about people, wants to win, and is never satisfied with “good enough,” you’ll fit right in here.
