What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Customer Service position at Jake's Soul Food Cafe?
Jakes Soul Food Cafe is known for their delicious soul food and Caribbean dishes. We are located in Hoover, AL very close to the Galleria Mall. With the expansion of our restaurant, we are looking for 2 cashiers. Full time and part time slots are open. We value great customer service, smiling faces, and overall a positive work environment. We also offer new hire bones, and discounts on food for our employees. There is also opportunities for growth within Jakes.
Duties
- Greeting customers
- Taking orders and making changes quickly
- Making sure the order is correct before guest depart.
- Cleaning your work area before the end of your shift

- Willingness to train on the floor, and cross train.
