Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for a strong Residential Service Plumbing Manager to lead our service team and help take the department to the next level.
We’re a 100% residential home service company with around 54 employees. We’re looking for someone who knows plumbing, knows how to lead people, and isn’t afraid to jump in when the team needs support.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop our Service Plumbers
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching
- Support technicians with difficult calls and technical questions
- Manage department goals, KPIs, and overall performance
- Hold the team accountable while building a strong culture
- Help improve customer experience and technician communication
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Work closely with dispatch and leadership to keep the department running smoothly
- Help improve processes as we continue to grow
What We’re Looking For
- Strong residential service plumbing experience
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong technical plumbing knowledge
- A leader who can coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
- Comfortable managing goals, KPIs, and department performance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
