We are seeking Expo Staff to join our team in ensuring food is delivered accurately, promptly, and with the quality our guests expect. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate orders from the kitchen to the servers efficiently
- Ensure plates are accurate, properly garnished, and presentable before leaving the kitchen
- Communicate with cooks and servers to keep service flowing smoothly
- Assist in expediting large orders and maintaining proper ticket times
- Keep the expo station clean and organized throughout the shift
- Monitor food quality and consistency
- Support kitchen and service staff as needed during peak hours
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred (training provided)
