We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Line Cook with at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience who can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant while maintaining consistent food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Complete daily food preparation before and during service
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation
• Set up and maintain an organized workstation
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean
• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate when items need to be restocked
• Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service
• Coordinate with head chef, other cooks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Line Cook in a professional restaurant kitchen
• Strong cooking, food preparation, and knife skills
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
• Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and organization
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift kitchen supplies as needed
• Must be available to work weekends; evening availability is preferred
• Oregon Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience preparing Indonesian or Southeast Asian food
• Familiarity with Indonesian ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
