Position Summary
The Director of Experiential Living & Eats is responsible for end-to-end ownership of A Ma Maniére’s hospitality vertical across all locations, including operations, culinary programs, events, guest experiences, and multi-location team leadership.
This role will define, scale, and standardize the Living & Eats experience—from launch readiness for new sites to ongoing operational excellence. The Director works closely with Brand, Retail, and Marketing teams, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces A Ma Maniére’s luxury lifestyle ethos.
This is a foundational leadership role: the person in this position will shape the strategy, culture, and operational model for a new, high-profile hospitality vertical and serve as the steward of guest experience and culinary excellence across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Scope & Multi-Site Leadership
Own the full lifecycle of Living & Eats locations: launch readiness, operational execution, and ongoing optimization.
Scale operations and guest experience standards across DC, Houston, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Detroit, and Charlotte, ensuring a consistent, luxury-level brand experience.
Build and implement multi-location operational frameworks, SOPs, and quality control systems.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for the performance, culture, and reputation of the hospitality vertical.
Culinary & Food & Beverage Leadership
Lead menu development cycles, beverage programming, seasonal offerings, and tasting experiences across all locations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive chefs, culinary partners, and beverage vendors.
Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all food and beverage operations.
Oversee inventory, kitchen operations, quality control, and compliance, maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
Events & Programming
Design and execute curated, brand-aligned experiences, including wine tastings, chef collaborations, members-only events, and cultural programming.
Integrate events with retail activations, product launches, and marketing campaigns, ensuring every moment reinforces brand storytelling.
Establish repeatable processes and standards for event programming across locations.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, chefs, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Cultivate a culture of excellence, professionalism, creativity, and brand alignment.
Partner with Brand and Retail teams to integrate hospitality seamlessly into the broader customer journey.
Financial & Business Accountability
Own P&L, revenue, margins, and operational KPIs across all Living & Eats locations.
Monitor guest satisfaction, reviews, occupancy, event performance, and F&B metrics.
Optimize profitability while maintaining elevated standards of service, culinary quality, and guest experience.
Develop operational budgets, forecasts, and launch plans for new locations.
Qualifications
8–12 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, experiential lifestyle brands, or multi-site operations.
Demonstrated success in culinary leadership, F&B management, and event programming.
Proven ability to launch, scale, and standardize multi-site operations.
Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, and cost control.
Exceptional team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor management skills.
