Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in Augusta GA. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure high-quality customer service, and lead the team to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include staff management, training and development, ensuring adherence to company policies, monitoring financial performance, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also involves driving sales and profitability while creating a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including experience in hiring, training, and evaluating team members
• Operational expertise in managing daily restaurant functions, including quality control, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards
• Skills in financial analysis, budget management, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with both staff and customers
• Experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not required); comparable professional experience would also be considered
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic computer applications
