Sales Team Member - Full Time

We are hiring a professional and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our team in a full-time capacity. This Sales Team Member role is responsible for engaging directly with customers, identifying their needs, and providing clear, accurate information on available products and services to complete sales orders. Our Sales Team Member will play an active role in guiding customers through the sales and enrollment process while ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism at every interaction.

This Sales Team Member position involves the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy throughout the sales process.

Sales Team Member Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers in person to assess needs and provide product/service information on telecommunication
• Present sales offerings clearly, accurately, and in alignment with customer requirements
• Support customers through sales, enrollment, account setup, and service selection processes
• Maintain thorough knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
• Deliver consistent and professional customer service throughout all interactions
• Accurately document customer transactions and updates
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operational goals and performance standards
