Entry Level Verizon Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Learn and maintain knowledge of Verizon products, services, promotions, and emerging technology
- Engage potential customers through direct outreach and consultative sales conversations
- Identify customer needs, recommend tailored Verizon solutions, and close sales to meet performance goals
- Clearly explain pricing, service plans, and product features in a confident, customer-friendly manner
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Verizon Sales Agents and leadership to share best practices and improve results
- Support Entry Level Verizon Sales Agent team growth by assisting with onboarding and mentoring new hires when needed
Entry Level Verizon Sales Agent Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related entry-level role
- Telecommunications or wireless sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience as an Entry Level Verizon Sales Agent is highly desirable
- Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive drive to succeed
- Ability to adapt quickly in a high-energy, performance-focused environment
