Lathe CNC Machinist ( 10+ years experienced)

Comprehensive understanding of all Lathe CNC Machining with minimum 10 years experience to sets up and operate numerical control (NC), lathes, produce metal parts.

Compensation dependent on level of experience.

Responsibilities :

• Setup, operate and program CNC turn / lathe machines 3 and multi axis
• Interprets geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)
• Experienced with Titanium, Inconel, Stainless steel materials (Min 5 years)
• Ability to hold tight tolerance tolerances
• Must work independently with little supervision
• Must work well with others.
• Machine precision parts from drawings, with limited supervision,
• Makes necessary adjustments in machine control to meet part specifications
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Must exercise a very high level of attention to detail.
• Physical Job requirements include but not limited to , Standing, bending, lifting up to 65 lbs
• Minimum 10 years of CNC Lathe machining experience
