What You'll Do
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical concerns
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to the repair order
- Perform thorough inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs
- Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and technical information
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts personnel to keep repairs moving
- Road-test vehicles to verify repairs have been completed properly
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that builds customer confidence and loyalty
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work well with Service Advisors, Parts and other technicians
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Luxury or European vehicle experience is preferred
- Land Rover/Jaguar experience is highly preferred, but we will consider strong technicians with other OEM experience
