We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing team. As the first point of contact for every service guest, you will define the tone, build trust, and influence the overall success of our service department. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, service sales performance, and the long-term loyalty of our clients.
Duties
- Greet every customer promptly and courteously—100% of the time—delivering an elevated, luxury-level service experience
- Acknowledge guests waiting in line and keep them proactively informed of wait times
- Schedule service appointments using approved dealership tools and technology
- Communicate effectively to understand customer concerns and document them accurately
- Interpret customer statements with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Review service recommendations and secure customer approval before work begins
- Set expectations by providing accurate cost estimates and realistic completion times
- Confirm complete customer and vehicle information, including payment method
- Test drive customer vehicles as needed to verify concerns and ensure proper diagnosis
- Conduct visual inspections for bodywork or cosmetic needs and present recommendations
- Advise customers on proper maintenance using Jaguar and Land Rover manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure all repair orders are accurate, complete, and processed according to dealership standards
Skills
- High-line automotive service experience strongly preferred
- Proven record of strong service sales performance and outstanding CSI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, polished appearance and demeanor befitting a luxury brand
- A team-oriented mindset with integrity, empathy, and a deep respect for the customer experience
