Compensation:
- $45,643.52 - $123,400 per year (base salary plus commission and performance bonuses).

- This position requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, including walking on construction sites and uneven terrain. The role may involve occasional bending, reaching, and lifting items up to approximately 25 pounds. Employees may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and dust.
