Jagoe Homes is seeking a highly organized and dependable Customer Service Administrative Assistant to support our homeowner experience through strong follow-through, ownership, and attention to detail.
This is not a basic customer service role. This position requires someone who can manage tasks from start to finish, maintain accurate documentation, and remain composed when handling challenging homeowner situations.
The ideal candidate has prior office or administrative experience, takes initiative without needing direction, and consistently follows through, especially when things get busy or difficult.

Compensation
$45,000 – $50,960 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to homeowner calls and emails promptly, ensuring issues are fully resolved – not just acknowledged
- Accurately process and track work orders through completion
- Coordinate with trade partners to ensure timely and clear communication
- Maintain organized and up-to-date job files and documentation
- Support internal team coordination to ensure a smooth homeowner experience
- Identify issues proactively and take initiative to resolve them
Required Qualifications
- Prior office or administrative experience required (1-3 years preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and document management systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Demonstrated history or reliability, follow-through, and accountability in previous roles
